OUR BELIEFS

At OTF, we believe that there are ways we can improve the quality of our food and improve life for the family farmer:

Helping family farms and helping them with the opportunity to provide wholesome locally raised foods.
Helping the family farmer raise food for the hungry.
Promote more humane living conditions for farm animals.
Foster more natural farming techniques that reduce the pollution and poisoning of our lands and waters.
Strive to convert many of our closed or closing military bases to viable farmland which could provide:

> Family farm opportunities
> Jobs on farms
> Property and building maintenance jobs
> Food processing buildings and employment
> Base housing converted to low income/homeless homes (providing jobs for them)
> Office, shipping, and various spin off jobs, etc.
